Empowering Auto is a Canada-based nonprofit on a mission to drive meaningful change in the automotive industry by recruiting, retaining, and advancing women and their allies and creating a community that fosters inclusive leadership.

We serve as a national platform for connection, leadership, and opportunity, bringing together individuals and organizations committed to a more inclusive and sustainable automotive workforce. Through industry collaboration, mentorship, community-building, and student engagement, we strengthen career pathways, elevate leadership, and help address the industry’s evolving talent needs during a period of significant transformation.
