    Aryan Habib is an accomplished leader with more than a decade of experience across the automotive value chain, from sales and incentive programs, supply chain and ERP systems, customer service centers, connected vehicle and digital innovation. She is highly regarded for her ability to bridge cross-functional teams across geographies to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable results.

     

    In her current role at Hyundai & Genesis, Aryan leads cross-functional teams responsible for flagship connected vehicle programs, including MyHyundai with Bluelink, Digital Key, and the Genesis Intelligent Assistant. Under her leadership, app ratings have soared from 1.9 to 4.5+, with adoption scaled across connected populations. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes operations, customer service leadership, global program and product deployment, and the integration of advanced digital features.

     

    Aryan began her career in vehicle distribution and supply chain before progressing into national incentive strategy and subsequently connected vehicle leadership. Her end-to-end perspective, from operations through to digital innovation, equips her to design and implement strategies that address complex challenges.

     

    Aryan co-founded Empowering Auto with the support of Hyundai as a passion project, including an annual conference with over 600 participants, as well as mentorship and community initiatives delivered throughout the year.

     

    Aryan recently completed her Executive MBA at Ivey Business School (Class of 2025) and a recipient of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 (2023) and Automotive News Canada Champion of Diversity (2023). Aryan also volunteers with Ontario Tech University’s Women for STEM council and SickKids

    Tara Willis is a seasoned automotive professional with more than 20 years of experience working with brands such as BMW, Subaru, Nissan, and INFINITI. She has built a dynamic career across marketing, product planning, financial services, and corporate social responsibility, including a leadership role in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Philanthropy. Tara now leads Product Marketing and Incentives Planning for INFINITI, bringing her strategic insight and passion for innovation to the luxury automotive space.

     

    Her journey took an exciting turn when she participated in the inaugural 2022 Empowering Auto Conference, where she discovered a strong synergy between her personal values and the mission of the team. The founders — Aryan, Katherine, and Jenn — are true advocates for change and allyship, inspiring Tara to join a community built on positivity and camaraderie. Recognizing the power of mentoring, Tara continues to contribute her expertise to support the team in this area.
