TWO WOMEN FROM EMPOWERING AUTO NAMED 2024 AUTOMOTIVE NEWS CANADA CHAMPIONS OF DIVERISTY

TORONTO, Ontario. December 17, 2024 - Congratulations Henna Agha and Tara Willis for both being named 2024 Automotive News Canada Champion of Diversity. Henna and Tara are featured in a special section in the December 16 issue of Automotive News Canada.

For the third year, the Champions of Diversity in Automotive program has recognized executives that have demonstrated their commitment to improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and their communities.

Henna Agha has been an active leader with Empowering Auto as a dedicated member of the team. Henna leads monthly career sessions and pulls in incredible talent for our audiences. Henna has been instrumental in growing the Empowering Auto brand. We cannot wait to share what she has in plan for 2025.

Tara Willis has been involved in Empowering Auto since day 1, when she debuted on the Generations panel at the first conference on November 22, 2022 at the Agha Khan museum in Toronto. Tara leads Empowering Auto’s mentorship program and created a curated for automotive workshop, #EmpoweringGreatness and she’s just getting started!

The Empowering Auto team is so proud of these women! These women drive forward our community as we aim to recruit, retain, and grow women in auto.
