Through our four pillars - our annual flagship conference, student engagement, mentoring, and community - we strengthen career pathways, elevate leadership, and help address the industry’s evolving talent needs during a period of significant transformation.
Our work is made possible through the support of partners across OEMs, suppliers, financial institutions, retail organizations, and other industry stakeholders nationwide. Together, we are shaping a stronger, more representative automotive industry.
