Who We Are
Empowering Auto is a Canada-based not for profit dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and growing women and allies in the Canadian automotive industry. Led by a small team of passionate women, we host an annual industry conference, offer mentorship programs, host networking events, and run student outreach initiatives to create community and bring fresh talent to the industry.
Our programs are made possible thanks to generous support from OEMs, suppliers, banks, and retail partners across the country.
