Who We Are
Empowering Auto is a Canada-based nonprofit dedicated to increasing the representation and retention of women and allies in the Canadian automotive industry. Led by a small team of passionate women, we host an annual industry conference, offer mentorship programs, organize networking events, and run student outreach initiatives to help bring fresh talent into the sector.
Our programs are made possible thanks to generous support from OEMs, suppliers, banks, and retail partners across the country.
